The Staff will report directly
to their reporting officer for all their day to
day operations, requirements & escalations. |

No body other than the reporting
officer is authorised to give instructions to
their respective subordinates. |

Only the reporting officers should
meet and resolve all kinds of issues and no individual
to individual talks are allowed. |

All interdepartmental communications,
Priorities, issues & escalations will be handled
by the department heads only and not by individuals. |

Department heads will be responsible
to ensure compliance of all the required parameters
laid down by the company w.r.t their team members. |

Department heads will monitor
compliance of all the required parameters laid
down by the company and analysing the same for
incentives / rewards. |
|
The incentives
of the departmental heads will be linked to
the performance of individuals in the group
and the whole group has to perform for the department
head to get his incentives. |

The department heads will have
no say in the Incentives / deductions decided
by the Unit head who will decided based on the
reports sent by them. |
|
Any issues of non compliance by
any staff member for any reason should be immediately
notified to the HR by the reporting officer with
a cc to Unit head. |
|
All customer complaints should
be forwarded to the respective departments for
adressing the same with a cc to Unit head. |
|
It is the job of managers to solve
problems.All are requested to bring problems to
the notice of respective department heads immediately. |
|
Personal incoming calls should
not affect day to day operations. |
